How you guys think this will work?

i do commerical construction and everything decided to get some odds and ends from work what ya guys think about this? Ok I have a 400 watt HPS lightbulb with a commercial ligth system with reflectr

I think it will get really hot unless you have good ventilation or make the ballast a remote ballast.

it will work fine if its not in a small space they do produce heat but your an elecrician so you can split the ballast from the socket the ballast throws off half the heat
