Hydrofarm Daystar Reflector

Does anyone have any experience with this reflector? It says it cuts down on 75% of the heat generated by the light. Experiences or comments? Specs below as best as given on the site.

I have the Daystar. It get's too hot for my small closet (2'x3'x5') without good ventilation. I ended up going with a Daystar AC for my new bigger box and I'm hoping for better results.
