Recommendation for fans for Daystar reflector

I now have my 400hps system with Daystar reflector and am wondering what others recommend as a venting fan for the light. It has 4" duct capability. I was going to vent it out the through the top and bring fresh air in through the bottom.

Come to think of it, recommendation for fans to bring in air through the bottom also?

I am a little lost on the types of fans available. One of the kind growers advised they have a Daystar and despite the hype that it runs 75% cooler, his is running hot. So I want to be sure I vent this out properly.

I am very happy with my elicent, and my vortex. Elicent for quiet(er), vortex for power. I run a 400 with each and they work great. I don't use fans for intake.
