Idea for indoor grow box?

How well would a small chest freezer work for a box? Just an idea but I see people grow rooms with metal just like the inside of a freezer all around it. It would be light proof and u could still have room to mount a small fan. Idk just a newbie spitballin here.

I kicked around using a freezer, but ended up going a different way. People do it. You are going to need ventilation in/out--in addition to being light-tight, they are air tight.

Google it. There is a lot of info on converting fridges or freezers.

made a mother box out of a fridge cut intake holes in the bottom of the walls and installed a ex fan in top left rear corner...works killer can keep 4 to 6 plants in her
