I have some Russian Rocket Fuel pollen collected last season which I used to pollinate a bushy pheno. I used 2 males.

I'm growing those bushy pheno seeds out and my RRF seed stock is low from sharing, so I'm going to make some more. My question is: If I don't get any males, can I use the pollen from what might be genetically these plants' daddy? or will that cause issues?

No it shouldn't cause any issues and what you are doing is called a 'back cross'
and is just fine,it won't cause problems at all. :)
