i know im out here askin alot of goofy questions but uh yea im tryin to get some new lights any suggestions on the best ones to get?

If you want semi decent lighting that won't break your wallet, then CFL's will fit your bill.

You can find them at your local hardware store, for not much more than 10$ or so.

home depot and lowes sell 48" two bulb flouro shop lights for 10 - 15 bucks. One are two of these will get you started well.
