hi,
this is my first time growing, i have a dwc system but i have a mold problem with my (hopefully) ladies. i have a couple pics, my question is if i cut off the top parts of rockwool and change my hydrotons, will it work for it?

edit : wrong section i guess, can someone move it to hydroponics section?

It may or may not solve the problem. The mold spores may be thru out the media. Have you tried H2O2?

i haven't tried anything yet, i don't want to change rockwool either, it may hurt the root system. i can try H2O2, i don't know where to find it yet

Try Walgreens--they call it hydrogen peroxide.

Disclaimer: This is not an endorsement of that solution--I don't hydro so I don't have a dog in that fight.

i get my H2O2 from local pharmacy concentrated 30% i dilute it and add it in my res, works great!
