I have to say, these forums are great! I have learned a lot over the past week of reading that I didn't know. I've actually done LST without knowing it had a name I have always grown outside and the year before last, I just grew on my back porch. it reached over 5' but trained to grow sideway along the slats in the deck. Tied every so often.

I just want to say thanks to the community. Also, to Auburn, THG, Chaz, Hushpuppy, and Shortbus. Thanks for the good advice. :48:

And we are glad that you have joined our little community!

I also did lst without knowing it--but this was back before it had a name. In the early 80s we had a greenhouse that we planted peppers, tomatoes, and bagseed. During a certain part of the day, the sun would hit just right to really silhouette those big distinctive fan leaves. So, to combat that we bent the plants over and staked them down.

Inside is a whole different ballgame. You are going to be amazed.
