So I left my grow tent open for about 30 minutes after the lights shut down and my room lights on it's on a 12-12 flower stage do you think it will go into a male or hermaphrodite?

What Keef said. And extending the light 30 min shouldn't do anything horrible, just don't do it again. Yes, Welcome, we grow some dank in these parts.

As far as screw-ups go this one is not bad at all. Just go on with your normal schedule and you will be fine.
