New seedling

Hi all, this is my very first grow. Any help at all would be much appreciated. The seedling is approx three weeks old. It was outside, in cold and frosty conditions, I brought it in about two, three nights ago, and the leaves started to get really bigger, wider too. Any advice or points would be most welcome,

MJ's metabolism slows dramayicly at temps below 70 degrees Farenheit. Bwlow 60*, it is nearly halted. That is probably the reason you see the new vigor.

yes, I do have a light, its a 125w dual spectrum envirolite, The guy in shop said it would do for veg and flower.
I can seem to get my pics uploaded, telling me file too big.
its a wardrobe grow.
