No new growth in DWC

Hello all, I've been reading through these threads and it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem. It's been almost a month and my plants have absolutely no new growth, the roots are getting bigger and more abundant and the stems have gotten a little thicker and stronger, but no growth.

Here's my specs:

DWC system
400w MH lighting
4x2 grow tent
ph5.8
res temp 21c
room temp lights on 84f
lights off 65f
no nutes
tap water tds 335ppm
125 cfm exhaust pulling through cool tube
passive intake

get some nute start out at 1/4 strength and go up slowly

yea- i was getting to my 3rd wk and wondering why only the roots where growing--started nuting and they took off. i just started with 50ppms and i add 50 more every day or otherday. you'll be amazed how they take off...

Nitrogen isnt abundant in tap water. They need this to grow, add about 100ppm of nutrients since your tap ppm is so high.
