Please support PA lawmakers bill for medical marijuana

NORML is writing to you today with exciting news. On Wednesday, December 2, lawmakers on the REMOVEDREMOVEDwill hear testimony onREMOVED: The Barry Busch Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act of 2009. The public hearing will take place at 11am in Room 140 of the Main Capitol.
Next week's hearing will be the first time that members of the Pennsylvania legislature have ever debated the issue of legalizing marijuana for medical purposes. For several months, REMOVED, and REMOVED, have been working side by side with the bill's sponsor and the local media in support of this important legislation. Now they need you to show your support too.
Please take time today to contact your House member and urge them to support HB 1393. If your elected official sits on the House Committee on Health and Human Services, then it is especially important that you contact him or her now.
