Power outage.

My grower lost power for to days and telling me that plants are going backwards with leafs patrens. from 7 to 5 to 3 and 1. Sounds like ** to me. Questioning truthness about. I've only grown in green houes outside, so doing

That could be true IF: they were in flower when the power went off and then when the power came back on the lights stayed on 24/7 long enough for the plants to reveg. Otherwise I don't see that happening.
