i planted bag seeds about a month ago. i let them veg under a 400W MH for 3 weeks and now they are 1 week into flowering under a 400W HPS. All ten seeds that i planted are thriving but the new leaves on one of them are purple! is this normal? or is it some kind of deficency. The PH in the soil is constantly around 6.5-7.5.

It may be that you started flowering them before they were ready (sexually mature). That stresses a plant.
But it sounds like it may be a nutrient imbalance.
Purpling can also come from genetics or cold temps.

A. Flush the soil.
B. continue to use veg nutes during the first 3 weeks of flowering.
C. At the end of 3 weeks, flush again and switch to flowering nutes.

Thanks ganja. I was trying to go for a sea of green but i guess i should wait until i buy decent seeds, not just bagseed. I flushed the plant in question. Do you think it is neccessary to flush the other nine? They dont have any purple leaves on them at all.

I would do 'em all, since flushing doesn't hurt and you'll be reset on ALL of them instead of just 1.
