when low stress training after u have tied down some of the branches how long do u leave them tied down for b4 u start new branches to train?

I'm not sure I understand your question...

The tying down is pretty much a continual process from veg until you get a couple of weeks into flowering. It is done where you need it when you need it.

I leave them tied down, as other branches get long enough they get tied as well. trying to keep an even canopy.
