Quick Question.

im on 2nd grow need to no if top of plants have to bent because of lack of growbox height will this affect my plants strength or bud growth. plants are white widow,jack herer and ppp. anyone else ever grew or smoked ppp (pure power plant) would like 2 no if any good

It will not harm your plants in any way if done carefully. This is a form of low stress training. Bend away and watch the lower branches grow rapidly.

Yeppers Ivor,
There are a good number of posts that you can read, Low stress training will help you to combat the tall plant problem, but as was said to you earlier, be gentle.
You would just **** yourself if you snapped the main stalk :hairpull:

easy does it, Bombbudpuffa is really good at it, and so is StickyIcky I think. check around for the posts on the subject and see who wrote them. A personal PM might yield some good results.
