Red Eyes

I have been smoking for 8 years, and no matter what my eyes turn red. I've tried Visine but I think my eyes are immune to it now. Does anyone know of a cure for red eye other than Visine?

my main guy has the same problem, no matter how much he he smokes he always gets redeye, and really bad redeye, he finds if he puts visine in b4 and after he smokes it lowers the redness, but he can't get rid of it
