Root problem help plz asap

Hi fellow growers i have a problem with my roots.I have them in a large propagator tray at 1st i had mylar then the cubes on top but i took the mylar away & put some spreader matt down instead of the roots sitting on black plastic now some roots are brown still white fluffy ones are coming through.I,d normally have them in my N.F.T sytem but my flower rooms full so i,m thinking of putting the system in veg closet as i know it fits & i guess i,ll have to work round it with my mother plants i.e I just don,t want these ladies to die so i,m open to all suggestions & they,ll all be very much appreciated Thanks Peace Sorry i have no pics!

sounds like they need to get transplanted- ASAP
