Shipping question

Has anyone shipped plants from Canada into the U.S. through U.S.P.S or Fedex?

Any suggestions for safty?

I would have to assume shipping living plants over the border wouldn't go well. I've never done it and I've never even heard from the grape vine of someone doing it. GL and maybe, just maybe it could work with the right packaging.
