Sog?

I know what scrog growing is, that is what i am trying for the first time on my current grow, but what exactly is SOG? Is it something like Scrog? I have always just grew my plants nothing more but I want to start incorporating new methods such as scrog and stress training and so forth. Is there maybe a sticky somewhere here or anyone have any pics showing SOG?
