Strains that are good for migraines?

Hey all, I just had to pop 2 extra strength vicodin to kill a migraine headache and I'm not too happy about it...anyone know of any strains that are specifically known to be good for severe migraines? I'd rather grow my own medicine than pop dangerous pills.

never had a headache in years and years.but all good smoke is good for my chronic back pain.when you are not tensed up and up-tight pain seems to diminish.it does for me anyway.good luck.i would personally think a good haze would do the trick.

I have developed my own medicine for headaches. I call it Get away from the Ole Lady for a day strain. No weed needed.

Diesels, whites, and hazes seem to do the trick for me. Any thing else will help with pain but really doesnt seem to cover as well. Ive been meaning to get my hands on some nl, and maui again to see though.
