Stress plants

If I am in begging and I lose power. 2 times in one day. Could that possibly turn plants into hermies

i take it you meant vegging, if so theres no herming until you stress in flower. in veg you can give em time to recover and theyll be fine!

not during veg and you can even get away with a few light interuptions in flower with no worries...

I live in an area that can experience a lot of power outages. I often have power interrupted and have had no adverse effects even when plants are flowering.
