Taking clones

Please could someone tell me when the best time to take clones is,when in veg or flower,my plants are in flower at the moment but not sure if I can still take clones of them?

either stage, i have takeing clones in veg and in flower... all have survived... i think puffinafatty made a post on cloneing in flower stage, they do seem to root faster...... i have only cloned in like the first couple of weeks of flower

i've takin clones early in flowerin and they done fine. mine seemed to take longer to root but im sure strain has a part of it to. good luck
