Thrips

I've had an infestation of thrips for about 2 cycles now and I can't quite seem to knock them out completely. I'm currently in week 2+ of flower and I've been using 'Purespray', nematodes, and ladybugs. Lacewings and Pirate bugs are on the way.
Anybody here had good luck wiping out thrips?
I believe the type I have is of the "Western Flower" variety if that helps.

Avid, but it kills everything else minus the plant.

i used neem oil with liqued soap,,,water and sprayed on every couple of days ,,,,
and throughly clean the grow area ,,especially around the lights as they love the hps ,,,,goodluck:48:
