Is it true that Bangor, ME has Legal-Recreational Weed???
How hard is it to get a Med. MJ Card in Maine?
Same question for The Granite State.

BTW- Isn't it R-E-A-L easy to get a Med MJ Card in Massachusetts?

How are home rental prices both states?

No. Recreational weed is only "legal" in Washington State and Colorado.

7 is spot on. Currently only 2 US states have legal recreational MJ. WA and CO. I believe ME has decriminalized it, but it's not legal. You get a ticket if caught.

In Maine, You have to have documented pain for 6 months and have had tried other methods of relief ( aspirin , heat pads, ) and its around $219 for your medical card, its good for 1 year and you can go to the dispensary and buy weed, edibles, tinctures, etc., and of course you can grow yourself.
It's not legal for recreational purposes, only medical, but if caught its a civil fine, not criminal.
