Weird cola.. What is this?

Hello. I can say that I'm pretty much new at this.. Here's the question straight forward: Why did my plant develop one branch that flowers without
pistils? 9 branches with pistils only this one without them..

I see pistols on both branches. Some are just bigger then others.

I agree, there are very small pistils on the other one but i was just wondering if someone happens to know why do i have only one branch that looks so different, never encountered it so far. Could it be genetics?

Sometimes has to do with one side gets more light then the other. Its hard to tell from the picture.
