What method would be better

Ok, I've got limited hight area, maybe 4-5 feet, its also 5 feet accross and 2 feet deep. I might be able to put a total of maybe 3 5 gallon but if all seven seeds are female, would it be better to use smaller buckets and all of the plants. I'd hate to destroy some of these.

It is by far faster to grow lots of smaller plants than it is to grow a few large plants. You should be fine using 3 gallon pots and throwing them all in there. That would be the most efficient.
