When to transplant?

Hello all. When do you transplant your plant from propagation to its normal growing area? Does white widow usually stretch out 3.5" in first week?

:ciao: my white widow was stretchy... give her some pinches and a topping or two, try to keep the light close as possible, but don't do anything i say just yet cause i'm not sure exactly what your working with... pics would seriously help any of us to help you.
