ok i been told u can use cfl (compact flourecent light) for veg and flowering so i decided to do that then go and buy a hps light. so i was looking up how much a cfl will cost and then i saw a cfl FLOOD LIGHT and i was wondering if the cfl flood light would be better then the normal cfl light. thanks one.

Here's what I'm using. You can get them at Wal-Mart for about $8.50. I saw a link directly to the Wal-Mart item here in the forum. I'll see if I can find it for you.

I can't really answer your question about a CFL flood light. I've not used one, sorry.
