wierd sticky substance (sperm?)

Ok, I just went and checked up on my hermie... and on some of the leaves have patches of this sticky substance and some of its leaves are sticking to eachtoher... Its the wierdest thing?? some of the leaves are flipped upside down and stuck to eachother and (not to be immature) but it honestly looks like sperm??

really I cant describe it any better, and I don't think its effecting the plant but it is REALLY wierd looking??

any ideas?

only thing that i can think of is if threre is a tree above it droping tree sap?
any trees around it?

yeah theres a small tree but I believe that tree is half dead the trees about 15-20 feet tall

but I am not a very nature-type person and I don't know what kind of tree

(im not even sure if all tree's produce sap?) lol
