I have 7 outdoor plants that are about 1 foot tall and most of the leafs have holes in it, In the middle and on the edge. I saw a couple slugs around my plant so I put eggs shell at the bottom and that did not work, What else can I do?

Slug Bait... There's some that does not hurt dogs and other animals, but will kill the creepy things. Also you can put salt all over and they will dissolve... Not a pretty picture, but it works. Just circle the area... There's very safe slug poison now. It will really do the trick.

hey my friend get yourself some copper pipe the easy bendable kind and make a 6 inch ring and place around stalk...I do this to keep them slimmy yukers off my Dahlias..thats way better then posions..egg shells will only attract rodants to eat plant..IMO...hope this helps
