drooping plants?

my friend just went from a compact fluorescent to an hps and a few of the plants are starting to droop thyve been under for about 6 hours. is this normal or is something wrong? all answers are appreciated thanks

How close do you have the light?
Do you have any pictures of the plant?
Whens the last time the plants were watered?
Keep it GREEN

are they thirsty with the extra light and heat ? or maybe over watered ?

Guess: Heat stress, move the lights awaaaaaaaay. Guess: Under/Over watering. Guess: Plants getting....stresssssssed... Idea: Water, move lights back some, make sure there's air ventilating in the room, and plants MAY perk back up.
