Droopy Sprout

some of sprouts are looking a little droopy would this be because of lack of light or maybe I over watered them? I forgot about a couple of them in the closet and put them under light should they bounce back?

The sign of a droopy plant is either over watering or under watering. The best way to tell if your plant needs water is by sticking your finger in the dirt about 1 or 2 inches deep. If it's dry give them a drink. If it's still wet let them go for another day and check again.
