this is the way i do it.
except I use Jiffy pellets and I put it in a clear tupperware container with wet perlite in the bottom (about an inch worth, It helps with maintaining a good humidity level and allows the jiffy pellet to wick up water slowly.). I only use a 23w CFL about 12" away. and I get at least 90%
works out to be about 10 bucks a year for 100+ clones for me.
Bubble cloners never worked well for me.
