how long till transplant?

Once your plant has started growing (first few days) and it has its first two itty bitty leaves and starts on its next two, how long do you have till it should be time to transplant the plants into larger pots?

Also, when you transplant is it better to get a giant pot for each plant or do what my friend said and buy a sytrfoam cooler and put 3 plants in each cooler spaced out?

Personally I would wait at least another week before transplanting them into larger pots... It kinda depends on the size of the pot they are currently in. And as for me I always keep them in seperate pots. That way if there is a problem with one I can always move it without disturbing the root systems of the others.
