i was just wondering what is lst i know it stands for( low, stress, training)
but what are some advantages and disadvantages to using this method of growing?
and how do you actually lst?
Check the "Resources" tab at the top of the page, in there is lots of LST info. It's basically just bending and training the plants to encourage side branch growth and increase yield. I've been using pipecleaners to accomplish this. There is a picture of this in the journal in my sig where you can see a sativa branch that's been bent in a curve, this is a very simple example but you can see the effect - more bud area exposed to more light.
