more lite ???'s

I can"t believe I am asking this as I have read everything on this board. When is the best time to introduce your just hatched "girls" to lite of any find. This is the hardest part for me. I can get any seed to POP in the paper-towel and I put it in my small seedling pot with FFOF when I have a small taproot. AM i just being impatient or what? It has been 2 days and only2/6 have popped above ground. Should I put any lite on these to help them along to my veg room?? or what

I put them under light as soon as they germinate and get into the medium.
