Hi i'm Dan Not Necessarily new to growing but i don't think i have completed a grow properly. I am attaching a few photos of a plant on week 8 of flower. Do you guys think that it is ready to harvest? Thank you in advance.

Welcome. Nice looking buds! It'll take a jeweler's loupe to tell if the trichomes are ready. Most of us shoot for roughly 30% amber.
