I will get right on it mom. Funny you should mention that, I am planning on having 3 sheep next year to help the chickens mow the lawn; I hate mowing the lawn. If I had my way the whole damn thing would be veggies and herb.

I've found, unless you have a dedicated drying room, taking all but the top shelf out and hanging strips of silverside with only the fan on to circulate air.

Cumin, Coriander Seed, Brown Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Rock Salt, Wostershire Sauce, Soy Sauce cloves if you like, a little ground black pepper is also nice.
