question about LST

I just started LST on my biggest/oldest plant today, shes about 2 weeks into flower and i just read the stress can turn her into a hermie? also what causes the plant to change sex? (not in LST but in general)

Weak genetics, seeds from a hermie plant, stress.

LST will not be the cause of a hermie plant.

You can add light leaks to the list, usually one of the most common reasons.
