Tall plant

Hi guys

I have a tall plant in my greenhouse, its over 7ft, any tips on how to bend it or train it to grow along the top of the greenhouse?

I'd say LST but if its 7ft its too late, I'd imagine.

Hey Hippie, if your outa room gotta do what you have to. I have seen some just tie a string around the top cola and bend it very gently down to the managable ht. level up until the last week of flower. Key is not to bend to hard to snap the stem.
Another way I seen it online was someone hung fishing wieghts off the string to help bend it down....without tying it down. just adjusted the amount of wieghts.
Just depends on how you want to do it.
