veg nutes

what are recommended nutes for veg other than fox farms
i am looking for something i can pick up at walmart, home depot or lowes.

i have fish emulsion 5-1-1 when should i use this and how much?
i thought 1 tblspn per gallon or should i use 2tblspn?

have bat guano on its way in disolveable packets, when should this be used?

Should work great for veg nutes. I give mine 1 tblspn per gallon.
