Google it man, millions of em out there. ;)
you can get "undersink" or "whole house" R/O systems

I did and 1 million did pop up. That is why I am confused??? I know I want a under cabinet system but not sure of legitimacy. I found a couple on an online auction place. I just might bid there.

berkey is basicaly just another carbon block filter, same as brita or any other carbon block filter, except this one is spendy. save your money.

I use this same unit, $50 works great
I let it just fill up my 20 gallon jug when I need water now.

I went to ebay and got mine about 5-6 yrs ago and it works fine, never needed filter change yet. it's a 6 stage filter system reverse osmosis deionized, cost about $125 shipped, made by water general and replacement filters are available at Lowes and HomeDepot

looks like a heck of a deal to me. only 2 concerns. 1. replacement filters have to come from them instead of standard "buy at lowes" type. membrane is standard at least. 2. connections will probably be cheapo, could leak. The instructions are in pretty bad english too. I would get the optional storage tank too.

edit: duh....thats the $50 unit from ebay.
