thank you both for the info. im going to try it. so those mason jars should work fine. i also have the vacuum seal jars. seems as though the vacuum jars would work better if the buds are dried correctly. but im not sure if they continue to cure for there is no air in the jar. i usually keep mine...

i heard of people curing buds up to a year, and having some of the best smoke they have ever had. How in the heck do you cure for 6 months or even a year without having your buds turn into hay.

i too have a 40 gal. res. and every time i top off with ro water my ph stays about the same. never have to add ph up or down when topping off. i will pay attention next time i flush to see what the ph is when adding nutes

i agree with massproducer. a greenhouse is the optimum way. preferably a greenhouse with artificial lighting for those cloudy days. i have a plant that is in rockwool growing outside, i water it every 2 days about a gallon of 700 ppm of nutrients

Those narrow top leaves are the top of the cola, hopefully will fill with big nuggets, while those fat lower leaves will give the plant the energy for those nuggets
