i found these pics they are the first plant i took down...from one end of my bedroom to the other ..so the run is 2 rows deep and 18 feet overall in length..

i run 3-1000whps with hortilux bulbs overhead,and 8- 4 foot t5s for side lighting..walls are mylared..used botanicare nutes and micronutes..planted in 16 gallon pots..these pics were very early on..was no good way to take pics later on as room was full wall to wall and floor to ceiling...plants...

thanks very happy with yield..3 plants were monsters ..room is 8'long 7'wide and 7'tall and ran out of space plants were wall to wall and touching ceiling ...let them veg longer than most i think..plants were 36-42 inches when i started 12 and 12s..dont think i would change a thing..also have...

so i harvested just over 2 weeks ago(3 plants)..hung branches and buds for 14 days..stems finally snapped when bent..also i trimmed and manicured at harvest(alought of work ,first time):eek: ...so i trimmed buds from branches yesterday..weighed buds at this point ended up with just over 52ounces...

i use 3-1000hps for overhead and 2 -4 fixture t5s for side lighting..i turn my plants everyday 1/4 turn figure they all get even light that way..also helps eleviate light bending..

i used pure blend pro grow and liquid karma for my veg..and pure blend pro bloom and karma for flowering, also i added some cal mag plus and some silica blast in flowering..all were from botanicare...i think they make an excellent product,i was very happy with the results..unfortunately it is...

i am also harvesting and wanted to try mine ,but i have enough smoke for about 6 weeks so i will wait..it is my first grow so i am going to let it dry and cure for 6 weeks, as i do not want to be dissapointed in any way..it better be worth the wait..

i am harvesting at the moment, so my next grow i will try 3 pinched and 3 not(i cloned 6 off the same plant)..i am very curious to see how much longer it takes from start to finish on the pinched plant..this grow was 13 weeks start to finish with pinching,,i started flowering at 6 weeks 2...

in my opinion ,when growing with only overhead lighting and no side lighting you should increase yeild somewhat by pinching them back..on a tall plant the lower branches are deprived of light so they produce very little,,if you pinch them back everything grows more evenly,so even the lower...

so what is a good quick dry method?

thanks for the input everyone...i chopped her last night...looks good..gonna be a long wait till shes cured...i may have to sample it early,,

so my triches are where i want them..but people are telling me to put my girls in 24 hour darkness for 2 or 3 days..how important is this? i have 2 plants ready and 1 with a few more weeks to go ..so can i chop and hang?what will i be losing if i do? thanks

thays what i was thinking..i would watch a little bit and see the progression ..then maybe it will be a little clearer for me..thanks for your help..

i think i am going to wait a couple more days...i will check the triches a couple more times and wait for a little more amber..

i have read everything i could find on this subject...i just dont want to jump the gun...so do you think they look ready? i know it is a matter of personal preference..but being my first grow i have no preference yet..
