yea, I'm 99% sure it's not mold. It really does look like it in the pics though. By looking at them i would say it's 99% sure that it is mold :) Anyhow, no one ever chimed in with how big the buds should be on a 2.5/3 foot tall plant. Any ideas?

Well I guess my question really is, aren't you supposed to switch the content of the nutrients (NPK level) for the flowering stage? I have plenty of the Ocean Forrest soil left to use, I just thought that it was specifically for Vegetative growth.
