400w & 3x3

hey all,
I understand 5000-10000 lumens per sq ft, but is a 3x3 ok for a 400w?

Hi,

That will work great in that space. A 600 would be better but a 400w will give you about 50K lumens and when you divide that by 9 square feet that still gives you 5555 lumens per square foot which is acceptable for that space. I suggest moving the plants around the room every few days if you can for more even development.
