I've seen that video too, which is pretty helpful for noobs, but from what I've known previous to watching the movie from reading books and browsing online for countless hours, the video seemed pretty elementary. I believe the "bubbly water" he's talking about is just carbonated water. Something like club soda, except I don't think you want to use club soda because it has sodium and possibly sugar in it. What you want is plain carbonated water. I'm not sure how effective this spray method is though...
