I got a new fan, its a little stronger than expected. blowin them girls pretty good. could these have an adverse effect on em? maybe distort the leaves from the wind etc. ive heard its helps strenghten the root/ stem. suggestions?

You only need a gentle breeze hitting your plant. Not a hurricane. Yes, it can hurt the plant and cause it stress. Crank that fan down man or just back it off some.
