Bud Storage question

How long should bud stay good when stored in jars? Air tight and no light.

Not sure just how long you can push it but I found a year old jar in my attic and it still smoked real nice.

Ifin yual cure it right and stores it right it will last forever. New a pilgrem who dug some up after 40 years and still smoked like nothin ever smoked before some best stuff ever. Dos it right the right way and it last a lifetime good luck yur trail pilgrem.
